Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data this site processes, why and for how long, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It covers every domain served by this site: vjandrea.net, vjandrea.com, andyjay.net, monacovj.net, monacovj.com, grooveloverz.com and grooveloverz.net.

Server logs

Like every website, the server automatically records some technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, requested page, response code and browser type. They are used only to run the site and protect it from abuse, never to identify visitors or for statistics.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: the log files have a maximum size and are overwritten automatically as new ones are written.

Offer form

On the domains marked as for sale you can leave your email address if you want to buy the domain. The address and the domain name are sent by email to the controller and are not stored on the site. They are used only to answer you about the domain.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: the email is kept as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted when you ask.

Before sending, your browser solves a small computing puzzle (a captcha that runs on this server, with no third party involved) to keep out automated spam.

Cookies

The site sets one technical cookie, a session cookie whose name starts with grav-site-, needed to protect the form against forged submissions. It expires 30 minutes after your last visit. No profiling or analytics cookies are used, and the site loads nothing from other websites (fonts, videos, maps, social buttons or statistics).

Who processes data on the controller's behalf

OVH SAS (France): the server hosting the site, located in Italy (Milan), and the domain names.
Mailjet SAS (France): delivery of the form email.
Google (Gmail): the mailbox that receives the form email.

Data is not disclosed or sold to anyone else and is not used for automated decisions.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a machine-readable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to andrea@bergamasco.me.

If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
